Los Horcones

was funded in the northern part of Sonora, border state with Arizona, by a group of people who were seeking a more humane and meaningful way of life. We at Los Horcones, have a boarding school for young adults with Autism ASD and PDD since 1971, grow our own food, and have been riding and racing bikes since 1990. From the very beginning, we knew cycling would always be a part of our lives. The way it changes people for the better is undeniable.

Throughout the years, we have had friends join us on our rides and events. After all, what is riding without friends, great food and beer at the end? In recent years, we have improved our gravel and road camps. You can also experience one of our most recent projects. A Bacanora distillery called, Palo Blanco (an agave spirit original to this land). The history, tradition, and tasting experience is one of a kind.
